CSW Speedsters is an organization owned and operated by Camden Classic Cars Inc. dedicated to and producing replicas of the 356 Porsche Speedster for drivers who love the classic styling of the 50's Porsche but want modern performance, comfort and safety in their vehicles
The company was founded 2004 by Ted Hamilton world traveler, automotive entrepreneur who upon returning to Canada decided to pursue his life long passion to build replica automobiles.
Ted's business expertise and fascination for exotic cars drove him to design and build some of the worlds finest fibreglass molds to accurately produce and replicate all body parts necessary to construct the 356 Speedster.
Camden Classic Cars of Napanee was chosen by Mr. Hamilton to design and complete the chassis, suspension, and the balance of the entire Porsche replica including upholstery and paint. Camden Classic Cars is owned and operated by G.L. Jerry Sweet who has over forty years experience building and restoring antiques, classics, hot rods, replicas and kit cars. With this type of experience Camden Classic Cars is turning out one of the finest Porsche 356 Speedster replica being built anywhere today.
Mr. Hamilton upon retiring from the replica production business decided that Camden Classic Cars and Jerry Sweet should continue to build the 356 speedster due to their excellent workmanship and quality control and a deal was struck with Jerry. The fibreglass bodies and lasered frames are now constructed in one location to better control the quality and speed up the process with which your custom speedster is being built. You will be provided (at your request) with digital photos of the step by step construction of your custom Porsche Speedster or a video of the procedure if you desire can be available (some cost to you).
Camden Classic Cars is located near Napanee, Ontario between Toronto and Montreal and close to the American Border. This means your finished vehicle or Kit car can be shipped with a minimal of cost and as quickly as possible.
